How would you modify the index page of a cms collection link?

and example being:

www.example.com/collection-name/ (index-page-here-but-no-text)

instead of:
www.example.com/collection-name/collection-name-index-written-out

Are you hosting with Webflow or elsewhere? On exported sites I have, I’m able to control that through an htaccess file that sits in the main/public folder of my site.
