CMS Title Tag not showing in Google Search

I posted about this a couple of weeks ago and was told to give Google some time to crawl and index my site. The problem is still there, so I was wondering if anyone has some possible solutitions.

My site has a help center with help articles, and each help article is a CMS item with a title. In the Title Tag I’ve made it so that the CMS title is in the title, followed by -Company Name. This way the title can be dynamic, but the company name will be static across all titles. But in the Google Search results for these help articles, the H1 on my homepage is what shows in the title. How can I fix this?
