CMS Video Background

Hi

I am looking to simply create a background video for my CMS pages, but it seems to be very hard to accomplish. I have attempted to look at the previous comments and clone sites but I have still not been able to accomplish this with a simple Vimeo video.

Please can I have some help as this is pretty urgent.

Is this needed to allow for unique big vids per cms item or just one for the template (same on all items)?
