Collaborator gets kicked out of editor

Good morning,

I have a question regarding content editors on Webfow. I have three content editors that work on the site and one of them gets kicked out every few minutes. We are desperate to find out why. We have a business account that allows for 10 collaborators. The site is still under construction so it is on a Webflow domain. It’s not the wi-fi connection, the computer, or anything technical. We have checked everything we can think of. Has anyone experienced this and how have they handled it. Thank you!

Does this issue persist when using the browser in Incognito or Private mode? Testing that would help rule out browser extensions as an issue.
