Collaborator not receiving confirmation email

Client / Collaborator is not receiving his confirmation link to be able to use the editor.

Any help or ideas out there?

You can copy and paste the CMS link into an email and send directly to the client.

He’s got the link ok, its just 2nd email back from Webflow to confirm it’s him that’s not arriving.
He clicks link and its ‘check your email for confirmation’ that doesn’t arrive.

Make sure their email app is not blocking the webflow.io and or webflow.com domain. We had several clients block those as spam or junk.
