Columns hiding on smaller screens!

Hi there!

I am about to launch this new site, and I realized that the “City Parks” page still needs a lot of work on the smaller screens.

I wish I could describe the problem better, but in short, IT’S A JUMBLED MESS!

Some of the “parks” are not even visible, and the text blocks are getting overlaid.

Could someone show me a better way to get the parks to line up one on top of the other… changing the column settings does not seem to be fixing the issue.
