Connecting Webflow designed forms to MailChimp

Hello,

I’ve completed the design of my website including the design of the forms I would like to have submitted to Mailchimp:

I registered a Mailchimp account AFTER, I completed the design of my site and would like to be able to utilize these designs without having to rebuild them all in mailchimp and then paste that code back into my site.

Is this possible? Or do I have to recreate the forms, paste the code back onto my site and then edit the design in webflow.
