So I received two emails like this

Number of submissions received

October 1st – October 31st
"
and there is no information? Is a person just going on my site and not putting anything on the form or do I have to go on web flow to find it? if so where?

You can find form submissions in the dashboard of your project, under the Forms tab. It should be {{ siteName }} with a capital N (camelCase) which would explain why you see it.
If you don’t have {{ formData }} somewhere in the body in the Forms section, then you won’t see the form data that is sent. (There’s not always the need to see formData so it can be omitted).
