I’m working with a couple of Collection pages that I need to convert to Static pages. My understanding is that the only way to do this is to a) recreate the page from scratch or b) dig through all the nested elements and remove all of the collection references (also not ideal as collection pages cannot be duplicated, so this is destructive to the original).
Is there no way to break all the references at once and revert the page to a non-collection based state?
Alternatively, this is all part of a fix to a previous workaround due to the inability to nest multiple collections pages in one subdirectory, so a fix there would be even better 
Even BETTER would be the ability to programmatically generate static pages based on the collection template as a one-time operation.
