Creating a Colour Hue slider that changes the colour of the section background when interacted with

On the site WebAR | Vectary Augmented Reality they have a very interesting section that have a colour HUE slider, they when interacted with, it changes the colour of the section background.

I was wondering if something like this is possible to do with webflow interactions? or must use custom code?
