Creating database from user form submissions

Hello there,

I’m trying to create a landing page that collects user e-mail addresses. Then, I will collect interests from the user on another page.
Right now, I’m getting 2 form submissions(one with emails only + the other with interest only), is there a way I can create or link a database that combines the inputs into a tabular format?
