You have many possibilities. You can use a series of blocks set to Display:inline blocks, or floating:left blocks. But you may run into floating issue. Very often, this type of grid design is handled by Javasripts like Masonry http://masonry.desandro.com/.
But you have a simple way to handle this in Webflow : Columns widget. You can nest several of them.
