Cropped background video - unique ratio

Hi all,

I am trying to embed a background video in this website, but it seems to crop my video and when I use 100% for height and width, it doesn’t change. Nor does putting the ratio manually in PXs. Any ideas?

still having issues with setting a custom ratio background video. is there a way to do this?
