CURRENT Page State question

I got a request from a client that when a potential user visits page ‘x’, they want the font color of the link for page ‘y’ to be a different color in the footer. Is this even doable?

Not automatically through the current dynamic style, however if you’re using static elements on a static page you can just modify the style of that specific link variation with a combo class.

If you’d like it to be a bit more automated rather than including a combo class (and the link is always at the same order in the list), you could use some custom code similar to the following—replacing the X with the position of your link in the list order:

.LINK-CLASS:nth-child(x) {
  color: #COLORCODE;
}

I was able to implement a little of what you suggested in the custom code portions for each page. Thank you for your help!
