On Chrome, when you open the HTML Embed Code Editor in a Rich Text field in CMS, the mouse cursor flashes on the embed pop up field for a moment, then goes away:
This only occurs when you first add it. However, when you re-open it, the cursor works as expected.
This breaks the ability to immediately begin editing (or paste code), requiring an additional click.
