Custom colour on scrollbar possible?

Hi, is it possible to apply a custom colour to the overflow scrollbar?

You will need to add custom CSS code and maybe custom JS code. Google "scrollbar style CSS". You'll see that quite a lot of lines are needed, styling scrollbars is an heritage from IE5.5 ツ
