Custom grid possible on Webflow?

Hey guys!
I currently have a grid linked to the CMS.

The grid shows a fixed 5 items per row, which results a pretty squared layout for each item. Anyway, I would like to offer a “featured” perk, where the grid space of that particular item(s) would occupy more space (let’s say, 2x of the “squared” layouts, forming a bigger rectangle)… more of a mansory style, so to speak.

Does anyone know if this this possible?

I’m sure it can be done with some custom code trick but I would have to take a deeper look at the project in order to fully understand what you’re trying to achieve.
