Custom Modal Help

Hi Guys

I have implemented a custom modal (tho it’s no animating) I pops up where it should on the designer… but when on the preview link it actually loads out of view at the top of the page… Some help would be greatly appreciated

As in the Designer tho it’s not showing my background tint

As in chrome… located int he wrong place
