'Customer Info Error' in checkout

Hi Guys,

My client is having an issue with their checkout and I’m not sure what’s happening… As you can see in the below image, they have had two customers receive an error message. When they go to purchase. Any ideas on what could be the issue? I can’t see any issues on the back end.

Hi Mitch, Did you find out what the issue was for this error.
I’m in the testing phase and we have been doing some test purchases and we are getting the same error after the first purchase and when making the second purchase

I was facing same problem but it didn’t show me any error when I tried with a different browser.
