Deep link URL Scheme

I want to add a URL Scheme to a link in a CMS collection.

i.e fb-messenger://

To open facebook messenger app when click from a mobile.

Every time I try to do it Webflow automatically add http:// at the beginning or it says to add a valid URL. Any work around?

Thanks for reaching out about the url scheme you are trying use.

By default the http:// is added to url link types, however you can override that be preceding the url or text you wish to use, by the back-tick character.

Type the back-tick, then the FB messenger link and press enter.

Thanks Dave! It worked on link blocks and buttons. But still getting the error on CMS Collection entries.

Any thoughts?
