Delete Drift Chat

Hi there,

I’ve cloned a project and completely rebuilt everything and then realized after publishing and viewing on Safari that I have an automated Drift Chat function within the website. Within my symbols section it won’t let me delete the chat symbols because it says they are active. I’m fairly new to Webflow and not completely sure how to delete this function from the scripts of the pages. Any Help would be greatly appreciated! :slight_smile:

Ok. on each of your pages you need to remove the symbols (itried on one and it works)
Go to each page, for each page you remove the symbols in the navigater structure.
When that is done on each page you can delete your symbols from Add element/Symbols
