Delete URL test.domain.com

Hi guys,

when testing my Google Ranking, I saw that an apparently old URL appeared.

http://test.kpwj.de/praxis-kardiologie/jungmair0.html

It seems that my old IT engineer created this URL to test the website. Anyways, is there a way to delete it / tell google not to show it anymore?
