Design Help Needed for Positioning

Hi,

Can someone please give me some direction on the right way to set up these “stacked” and overlapping images. I have tried relative positioning but it gets all out of wack when it goes to mobile. I make changes in order from desktop to phone but it makes changes to the tablet when I edit the phone.

Someone please help me? I can’t get anyone from customer support to help. Please just give me some direction on how to go about this look. I can’t get my images to resize without resizing them all on all breakpoints.
