What sites are you seeing this issue occur in – only this project or multiple projects? When did it start occurring? Can you send me the site Read-Only links please?
Could you also please let me know what browser version you’re using by sending me your information from this page?
There should be a small share link when you visit the page which you can send to me.
It’s also worth mentioning here that Webflow automatically saves and stores backup versions of your site. Can you check through those versions to check if this missing content is there?
I’ll trace this error. It started like two days ago, at the beginning I was thinking it was my fault but… it’s the third time I’ve seen changes go away.
Thanks for sharing — in testing on this end I’m not seeing any errors or content disappearing.
What page / section does this happen on? If you are still seeing this behavior on your end, can you send me a screen recording of what you see (CloudApp or Quicktime work well).
I’d love to catch it doing screen recording but… it’s too random and, when it happens, the changes are already gone. I’ll see if I can reproduce it somehow.
same problem… It’s very frustrating. I just tested it properly and it seemes to save the changes actually:
I was working on some design changes for 30 minutes and then opened another page in my project. When I reopened the first page all my changes were gone. As if I hadn’t made any changes. Then I went back to the dashboard and reopened the project and all my changes were there! So I guess there might be some update issues.
We are still unable to reproduce the issue on this end which makes it difficult to troubleshoot.
Can you please go through the steps mentioned in my first reply and send over that information at your convenience? This will help us narrow down the root cause of the issue.
If you can provide the steps to reproduce this and / or a screen recording showing these steps, that would be immensely helpful.
I will second this. It occurred again for me today but is very intermittent - all items published properly except for a small text block that had been rewritten
