Hi @Sabrina, thanks for your post, could you please share the read-only link to your site? The link that you have already shared is the link to the site design in the designer, but only you have access to that.
Hi @Sabrina, it looks like the existing checkbox layout could use a little attention, and I would start by first just deleting those altogether and create a slightly different struture.
