Direction pointing: Membership progress / customer loyalty program

Hello,

I’m relatively new :sob:, and I am trying to figure out how I could integrate a way to make a membership progress to a membership site, or functionally just a customer loyalty program. If customer have completed certain tasks, then a level will increase.

Anyone here who could point me in a direction for achieving this. I know some web development, but not enough to code it fully.

All help appreciated.
