Disable Hover effect

Hi, I have added Hover effect on images, but now I want to remove it. I don’t know the way to disable Hover effect on my box. When I remove hover Images features, the hover effect still in here and display a White background. So, how can I remove hover on an item?

Yes, i have to remove every style in hover effect. After that, the blue dot beside the hover name was gone.
