Disappearing delivery method and delivery input on publish E-commerce site

Hello Everyone,

Been doing a test design for an up and coming client, I’ve set up an e-commerce site with one product which requires delivery, when I publish the delivery options and method aren’t there but are on the preview? any suggestion to why this is as I need to be able to show the client a protype of the shop functionality. Please, any help would be very much appreciated.
