DNSSEC validation failure issue with hosting

Hi,

We host our domain at iPage and the credit-card we use for it was cancelled so the hosting wasn’t auto renewed and went down. We have now fixed the card issue and I’ve entered new A name records for the site and double checked the c-name alias. On webflow it keeps saying that the site is connected but then it will change and give an error “DNSSEC validation failure. Please check http://dnsviz.net/d/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/.” Has anyone experienced this before / anyone have any idea on fixes as I need to get the site back live ASAP.

Thanks!

Probably not useful, but here’s the project read only link: https://preview.webflow.com/preview/lig-nanowise-dbd3cefcf4c65731e8d02961ff?utm_medium=preview_link&utm_source=dashboard&utm_content=lig-nanowise-dbd3cefcf4c65731e8d02961ff&preview=6187f0b24bc7e3a074b7ef4e4eecb110&mode=preview

I also need help on this.

Hey guys, recently got this issue as well. Did you find out the solution?

I had this experience moving a domain from Google Domains to another provider.
Apparently Google Domains automatically adds DNSSEC, and my new provider didn’t even have that as an option, so I couldn’t remove it to setup the DNS.

My solution was to transfer the domain back to Google Domains, remove DNSSEC, and then re-transfer it.

At your registrar, you can hopefully find an option to configure DNSSEC. If not, try contacting their support. If still no dice, and you’ve recently transferred your domain, you might have to use the approach I did.
