Domain hosting Webflow and 1and1

Hi everyone,

Might be simple, but does anyone host with 1and1? I’ve just purchased the CMS hosting package and I’m having trouble linking my domain to Webflow. I linked a 123 reg domain I have and it links perfectly. With 1 and 1 I can only edit one A Record and can’t set the CNAME without knocking out my email of action. I’ve spoken to 1and1 Support but they aren’t very helpful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nelson,

Thank you for your help. I tried all of this. Any changes I make to the DNS and A record disables my Email which is rather helpful. Going to transfer my domains to a GoDaddy account as this works.
