Back to top arrow. I would like to make it visible on the half page and dissappear at the beginning of the page. I watched videos and everything. Cannot make it work. Can anyone help me with it?

Nav bar- dropdown link looks good with big screen but landscape and cell- looks different. I checked typo and size - everything is same size and font.
