Dropdown menu bg color is white

Hey guys,

I’m currently designing a website for a client and came across something that’s making me pull my hair out :grimacing:

When my client views the published website the drop-down menus are illegible as they’re completely white. But I’ve tried it on several devices and browsers and it’s always looked fine on mine, I’ve checked design settings and I don’t understand where the white is coming from. Could this be a bug? (pictures attached)

You’ll find the drop-down menu in the form at the bottom of most pages.

Please help :upside_down_face:

Thanks,
Sim

Hello @SimonaZ

The same here. The field is white

What’s happening is that the BG option is controlling the dropdown BG and the image and gradient option is controlling the actual dropdown tab bg color

Here’s a screen record > https://www.useloom.com/share/9ee494c02d194c9a9410cc60a096e08d

Hope this helps

If have some questions I will be happy to answer

Hello @PeterDimitrov

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. And thank you for the video.

I’ve changed the drop-down bg to grey now as per my attachment below. Could you please have a look if this has fixed the issue?

Thank you!

Yes, works great now

You can use this color > #5e86ed for the dropdown tab BG and the dropdown will be the same color as the others

Right now is a little darker blue
