Duplicate Content Collection Pages

Hi,
I’m getting duplicate content errors because each collection post can be reached once with the normal URL and a second time with the same URL and some cryptic symbols attached.

Example on www.soliddecisions.de

  1. /post/entscheidungstechniken
  2. /post/entscheidungstechniken?98a0f85a_page=1

Any solution anybody?
