Dynamic List Stettings

Hi,

I cannot change the layout of a list (columns) at the dynamic list settings of a CMS list.
See attached Screenshot.

This only happens at the iPad Layout and above.
It is possible on the desktop layout but not on the layouts above the desktop view.

Please advice.
