Dynamic Template Page do not appear after creating Collection [CMS] [BUG]

Hello, Once I’ve created the Collection, Dynamic Template Page dont appear, and said “add more pages, you will need to upgrade your plan.” that is ok? We have 2 pages to use on free plan and on my web i only use one, however the error appear
