Dynamically content change through UTM parameters

Hey guys.

I have the following issue: I have a bunch of UTM parameters transmitted to my landing page for campaigns coming from different cities. Not I would like to read the parameters from the link in order to change the content of the page thereby dynamically.
EXAMPLE:
The user comes through: www.abd.de/utm_source=123456

Then I would like to read “utm_source=123456” from the link in order to change “blanket” into “chair”.
Unfortunately I only found ways for dynamic content for complete URLs and not just substrings.

Is there any solutions for this?
