Notice that there is a discrepancy between the progress shown on the Getting Started checklist in the Designer compared to the Editor. The site was published and no changes were made in-between these screenshots being taken.
The items shown checked off in the Designer are correct.
The Editor is incorrect because a payment provider has not been added yet.
