Editors can't see the form submissions – even though not disabled

Hey there,
the title pretty much tells it all: As the project owner, I can see and download the form submissions CSV, but the Editor roles can’t. Somehow I remember it was possible at one point, but not any more it seems. I read all I could, but maybe I’m missing something here. HELP!
