Embed code updates in one component is reflected in all other embed components

I’m attempting to pinpoint why two embed link codes (elements) on the same page communicate/echo one another when I make an edit to just one of them? They are both intended to be listed as different links to email address usernames, but when I edit one, publish the changes to the live site, then test them, both links on the page have reflected this change…? Upon further investigation, sure enough, they reflect the exact same code, even though I’ve only edited one of them.

Hi @ereeder

The Embed components you are referring to are in fact one component added to a dynamic list of 2 items. Therefore, any code added to or update in the component will be reflected in all other components unless you bind them to dynamic fields.

You should of course add the appropriate fields to the collection first.
