Fastly error continues

Our company decided to take our new website “live” yesterday so that it would be ready before Monday. However between webflow support, and my IT department the site is still only showing a fastly error. I know nothing about DNS or any of that so not sure what else to do.

Can I send you the web address without posting it publicly?
I would like to make sure the error is not on my end so that I can narrow down if the issue is for me or my IT department to fix. Have attached image of what I’m seeing. I’ve already been sent the DNS settings from Webflow, sent those on to IT. Am being told all has been updated, but the error remains.

@samliew Sheesh. We’ve hosted our own site for 30 years so apparently IT is not having an easy time with this transfer. Is everything set on my end as far as how I have things entered into the webflow side? I’m going to forward this info on to IT. What should be entered in place of what he has in the NS area?

It would be easier to diagnose if you provide a screenshot of the domain DNS settings in GoDaddy, like this thread Transferring hosting from GoDaddy to Webflow

@samliew I don’t have access to that end. May have to wait until Monday and conference call Webflow and IT? Is there anything on the webflow hosting tab I need to change or are the adjustments needed all on the Go Daddy side?

I do not think Webflow has a contact number https://help.webflow.com

The DNS will need to be set on GoDaddy, which is where the domain name was registered.
