Filtering CMS Content with MixItUp3: Multi Category Content

#1

Hi everyone! I am building a site for a travel agent that displays available tours in Latin America by country and by tour type. I’m using CMS to make individual collections for countries, tour types, and individual tours, The individual tours will reference both the country the tour takes place in, as well as a multi reference to the (sometimes multiple) applicable tour types. I am displaying countries in the navigation to pick from which takes you to the ‘Country’ collection page of course. On every Country collection page, I’d like for there to be a list of the different tour types (i.e. all, adventure, natural history, cuisine & wine tours, etc).

I want the user to be able to click on any category and for only the relevant tours to display. Based off research, since Webflow doesn’t have a dynamic cms filtering system yet like this, it sounds like MixItUp3 is my best bet. However, looking at the tutorial it says that the plugin will not work with multi reference. This is a problem because some of the tours fall under multiple tour types. So is there a way I can work around this?
