Can anybody tell me how the hell http://www.firewatchgame.com/ did there parallax scrolling? Look excellent and I want to know how to do it please!

yes i did a workshop and I showed this page, but I never showed how to do that specifically.
but learning the basics should give you a sense how to build it on your own.
