Fixed Div Reveal with (using only webflow, no code)

Is there a way to create this epic scroll to reveal effect from Material Design Gallery in webflow.

(Without using any code)

I imagine it would be a fixed div that is revealed behind the div that scrolls into view. But I am not able to get something like that to work.

Any help, work-arounds or solutions are most welcome.
