Fixed position items on horizontal dropdown

Hey guys,

Right now my dropdown menu's items are centrally listed to the menu bar. I am wondering if there is a simple way to position these items centered under the menu item that you hover over? I have tried a couple of different things but it seems to always get messed up if my browser window is resized.

Two pictures attached: #1 is how it's centered now.

#2 is how I would like the dropdown items centered under the "Creatives" item.
