Flex child div desapear on page refresh (F5)

I think I found an issue with Flex div, at least with me :).

On page refresh (F5) - my bottom child div desapear (despite it is there when I inspect the page code)

Am I doing wrong any Flex configuration?

What is going on there, on the page that you shared? Is it collecting emails? Where is flexbox?

It´s gonna be a login page. Not finished yet. But today refresh is just working fine and I did not changed anything.
