Footer content disappeared and contact button not linked

I am having a few issues on my page.

  1. My footer seems to have disappeared when I published the site…

  2. The contact us button is not linking to the external email address I put in the link settings.

Did you fix it?
I see the footer on the published site, and also the email link to the button is the same than the one online.

When I publish the site, half of the footer disappears on my end. As for the email link , I want it bring to an external email when clicked on… At the moment when clicked nothing happens.
