hey, a week ago it used to work, I do not know what happened…

the form is inside a slider and includes some custom code and supposed to show an Iframe when the form is succeed.

how do i fix it? thank you very much!

The error you get is a CORS error. That happend whenyou mix https and HTTP…

Both links/sites must run HTTP or https. If you read the error your site is using HTTP
