Form Input- Text Rises When User Starts Typing

It’s also on the current webflow homepage too. I’m stuck on getting that cool text to show above when the user starts typing.

How would you link the text-element animation when the user starts typing?

I believe they used all css properties, but how did they get it to trigger according to the field input??
