I setup a basic contact form but it doesn’t seem to be working. Already followed the education page.

Might be a technical problem on Webflow’s side going on currently, I had a client sending in a submission form today and didn’t receive the notification. I already sent a report to Webflow.
*Currently no notifications are working whatsoever on my page.
