I have a simple holding page with a simple email contact form in it. It works fine in Google and Safari (only tested on Mac) but no text appears in the text box using Firefox (v32.0.2).
I’ve gone in and replaced the old form with a new form based on the other tickets that i’d read that said the new forms were better. Not sure how to solve this…
Hi @kain, the issue is with your Form Box inner padding. Firefox has a known issue with this kind of padding on input fields, so remove the top and bottom padding, and instead, use Height to control the size of that box. I have made a video:
Just had a customer post this as a problem on our Facebook page. Tested it myself, saw the same issue, slightly panicked because I had no idea what could be causing it. Popped over here, did a quick search and within 5 minutes, the issue was resolved.
